empowerment village

Empowerment Village is Mission Hope’s long-term housing and support program for single mothers with children ages 0–10 who are ready to take bold steps toward stability and independence.

Located in the peaceful wine country of Temecula, moms live in beautiful ranch-style homes with private rooms and access to shared community spaces, playgrounds, and gardens. This 12–24 month program is for working moms within Riverside County with transportation, and includes personalized support in career development, education, financial planning, and wellness. Empowerment Village isn’t a handout—it’s a hand up. With a 100% success rate last year of moms moving into permanent housing, it’s a proven path for families ready to thrive.

About The Program

Empowerment Village Housing

Housing

Safe, Stable Housing.

Each family receives private bedrooms and bathrooms in a safe, stable shared housing environment. Located in Temecula, the property features multiple ranch-style homes, a playground, and lots of space for healing, growing and thriving.

Empowerment Village Education

Education

Equipping for Independence.

Women gain access to educational resources, skill-building workshops, career mentoring, and a strong support system—all designed to help them grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and create lasting stability for themselves and their children.

Empowerment Village is more than a housing program—it’s a supportive, uplifting community of single moms who are working toward similar goals. Living alongside like-minded women creates natural opportunities for encouragement, shared wisdom, and lasting friendships. Together, residents, staff, and volunteers foster an environment of respect, accountability, and hope where families can truly thrive.

Community

Commitment to Growth.

Residents commit to a shared standard that fosters safety, respect, and personal growth for everyone—moms, children, staff, and volunteers. This includes responsible co-living, active participation in workshops and weekly classes, progress toward personal goals, honest communication with the advocacy team, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
