Mission Hope Board members are volunteers who provide leadership, oversight, and advocacy in support of our mission. General responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic direction and organizational leadership.

  • Ensure strong governance and ethical stewardship.

  • Oversee the organization's financial health and long-term sustainability.

  • Support the CEO through guidance and accountability.

  • Serve as ambassadors for Mission Hope within the community.

  • Support fundraising efforts through personal involvement, relationship building, and community engagement.

  • Attend and actively participate in Board and committee meetings.

  • Contribute professional expertise to strengthen the organization's impact.

  • Help identify opportunities for partnerships, resources, and community collaboration.

  • Uphold Mission Hope's mission, vision, and values in all Board service.
