Annual Mission Hope Gala


The Mission Hope Gala is our biggest event of the year—and we cannot do it without your help!

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to support us in making this year’s Gala a success. There are plenty of ways to serve, with shifts available on:

  • Tuesday, October 15 – Set-up day
    - 2 Shifts to set up and decorate:
    Shift 1: 9-12 a.m.
    Shift 2: 1- 4 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 16 – Gala event day
    - 1 Shift to help with registration, the auction, check-out or as needed
    Shift: 4 - 10 p.m.

  • Thursday, October 17 – Pack-up and breakdown
    - 1 Shift to help with packing decorations and tear down.
    Shift: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Whether you are available for a few hours or a full shift, your time makes a difference! Teen volunteers are welcome and can earn service hours. All volunteers must provide their own transportation.

This is a fun and meaningful opportunity to be part of something special—and to help bring hope to children, families, and seniors across our community.
