Rapid Rehousing
About The Program
Mission Hope’s Rapid Rehousing program, supported by ESG funding, provides compassionate, housing-focused assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Southwest Riverside County.
Our goal is to help households move from crisis to long-term stability through dignified, person-centered support. Using a Housing First approach, eligible participants may receive short-term transitional housing, rental assistance, housing navigation, and connections to community resources. The program also offers individualized case management and ongoing guidance to help families overcome barriers and achieve stability.
A key component of this program is The Bridge at Empowerment Village, which offers short-term, transitional housing specifically for single mothers with children. Length of stay is based on each family’s needs and eligibility, ensuring they have the time and support necessary to step confidently into independent living.
