How you can help

Mission Hope welcomes youth and teen volunteers who want to make a difference in

their community. Whether serving alongside family, school groups, or youth organizations, young volunteers help support efforts like organizing food, preparing distributions, and participating in service projects that bring hope to neighbors in need.

*Volunteers must be between 14-17 years old.

Thank you for helping us spread hope!

*The following youth opportunities are currently full:

  • Food Pantry Distribution Team

  • Volunteer maintenance team members help care for the Empowerment Village campus by supporting the upkeep of the grounds and homes. From landscaping and outdoor projects to minor home repairs and general maintenance, these volunteers play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for the women and children who call Empowerment Village home. Their time and skills help ensure the campus remains a place of dignity, stability, and hope.

  • Community Outreach Volunteers help Mission Hope connect with the broader community by representing the organization at fairs, festivals, and special events. By hosting information tables and booths, volunteers share about the services available to neighbors in need and the many ways others can get involved. Their friendly presence helps raise awareness, build connections, and invite the community to be part of bringing hope to those we serve. Many of the outreach opportunities are on weekends or evenings.
